1. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

No, all sales at BDPC are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders.

2. When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number if available.

3. What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

Once your package is shipped, it is in the possession of the shipping carrier. BDPC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping company directly for these issues.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

No. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

6. How do I track my order?
