  • Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier.

  • Once your package has been shipped, BDPC is no longer responsible for the package.

  • Please contact the shipping carrier for any delivery issues, including delays, loss, or damage.

Tracking

  • A tracking number (if available) will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • BDPC is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
